I was making my daily shake this morning and realised, why have I not shared this with all my Natural Nootropics fans before!? I swear by this stuff!

So first off, I apologise for being selfish and keeping this little gem to myself for so long! Hopefully this will give you some inspiration for tomorrow's breakfast.

Lets jump right into it!

What I use;

Okay, I get what your thinking, thats a very expensive breakfast shake! But;

  1. A) Id argue, apart from the Almond milk, everything else will last at least a month, so if you break it down per shake, it’s around £2.80 actually really good value considering the quality of the ingredients and fact it can be your whole breakfast. If you were to buy a shake like this from a health food cafe, you would be looking at about £4-5.

and B) generally, you get what you pay for! To me, organic healthy food, high quality supplements, and the costs of working out, are some of the three best possible places you can spend your money for the returns you get in your health and productivity.

The Taste?

I genuinely do swear by this mixture, it goes together really well and considering it has so much health food in it, has very little taste, and the taste it does have is very neutral.

If you want a bit more taste, you can swap the almond milk for full fat milk (unless your avoiding or intolerant to dairy). Even if you don't choose to add any of our products, I still want to you to try this as you will really feel how much of a great start it gives to your day :) You won't feel overly full, bloated or get a "carb crash".

Pulsin Organic Whey Protein (£29.70 for 1Kg)

I used to personal trainer and bodybuilder. I learnt a great deal about body composition, hormones, fat loss, and muscle gain. The staple of every meal should be some really high quality protein. It supports the body during dieting down for fat loss, and both aids the body in gaining muscle also. Its essential for cellular repair.

When choosing a protein AVOID any MIXTURE or one marketed for a PURPOSE (for example one with creatine, BCAA's, MASS Gainer, FOR MEN or FOR WOMEN) unless you know exactly what each ingredient does and how that will affect your training. Innocent Unsweetened Almond Milk (£1.99 for 750ml)

It tastes good, its light, its not as congesting as milk! It does not have all those cow hormones in it! Simple.

Organic Ashwagandha (£17.49 per bottle of 60)

This is the Key element for adding the functional brain benefits. Without this bit, it would just be a really good quality shake!

The Ashwagandha is just one of the products that can be added to the shake to turn it into an amazing stress and anxiety buster. I’m not going to go into all the benefits of Ashwagandha I could go on all day. Your better of reading about them here.

For a good start it’s Organic

Then if you have not heard about the health benefits of Flax Seed by now you must have been living in a cave.

How to tailor the shake to your needs?

This bit is super easy. It’s already Gluten Free!

More Taste = Add full fat milk instead of Almond, or more Peanut Butter.

So that’s my secret to a mega morning. I’d suggest drinking water first thing when you wake up to make sure your hydrated (the morning is usually the most dehydrated you will be all day). Then this shake, then if you aren’t using PowerFocus® in the shake and you need something to keep you alert, a coffee.
