Good value for money

These are good value for money. The only thing I have an issue with is (as others have mentioned) they definitely have an antisepticky smell. I believe it's the casing rather than the herb itself. I would like to know what the capsule is made of?

smells great, works perfectly

Very strong Rhodiola! I have tried a few Brainpower Nootropics products and they are now my favourite Nootropics brand. I asked a question and got excellent customer service, they went out of their way to help me understand which products were best for my needs.

I noticed other reviews mentioning a smell, but I think it actually smells really nice, and its a herbal plant extract so i hope it does have a smell!

An absolutely outstanding herbal supplement!

I started taking �Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract� 4 weeks ago for the first time, and I am amazed with the positive effect it has had on me. It's clear to see why the traditional herbal extract has been used for centuries in Russia and Scandinavian countries.

I often suffer with lack of concentration, motivation and low moods (as I�m sure we all do from time to time!) I put an insane amount of pressure on myself in everyday life, trying to cram as much in a day as I can. It stresses me out if I can�t fit everything in, or if I waste a day doing nothing because I feel demotivated and like I just want to hibernate.

Whilst taking this supplement I felt significantly less stressed. I felt more focused, less fatigued and just generally happier. I was able to go to the gym MUCH more without feeling tired and achy afterwards. It gave me that burst of motivation I needed and stopped me from feeling that horrible �low� that I absolutely HATE. My only negative would be the plastic smell of the capsules that I find slightly off-putting, but easily overlooked. It also puts your mind at ease to know the capsules are Capsulegel PlantCaps:registered: - the best natural supplement capsules available on the market (so no plastic!)

I must admit, I have ran out now.. And thus, stopped taking them. And I notice the difference. Massively. Safe to say I will definitely be buying more.

It states to take two a day with water. However, I guess if you wanted you could just take one a day for light stress relief or even just take them on a Monday morning or if you need something to help you concentrate. I would only every trust or use Brainpower Nootropics for my Rhodiola Rosea as the products and services are always of highest quality.
