Processing times
In-stock orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse and are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page.

Delivery times & costs
US: 3–5 business days, $6 — free on orders over $55 — shipped domestically within the US
International: 7–14 business days, $13 — shipped internationally from our US warehouse

Shipping rates and delivery windows are estimates and may be updated as we finalize our fulfillment setup.

Customs & import duties (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the US, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order dispatches.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at ashleypeatbusiness@hotmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
